About Us
Promo-I.T. Ltd is a small family run business primarily focusing on the I.T. Support and Services arena for Small - Medium Businesses and Domestic Users. We provide not only support services, break fix but also network design, consultancy and advice.
Through our value added services we also offer companies the opportunity for us to fully manage not only the I.T. environment but also provide a "one stop shop" for software, hardware, printing, supplier contacting and integration. This enables you to concentrate on what is important - your business, should you ever have any problems then you only need to contact one number, one company and we can do the rest. This gives you piece of mind and less administration overhead on finding support contacts, contract numbers of dealing with a multitude of suppliers.
We have the added value of our very own Financial Project Manager that runs our back office and can be contracted out on our consultant range of services.
Our History
Although Promo-I.T. Ltd has only been operating for 3 years we have over 10 years experience within the I.T. industry, our director is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society and our engineers are fully Microsoft certified, with a number of other network, hardware and project management professional qualifications.
We based in Essex and have a number of clients through out the South East, London and Essex. Although through our remote support and managed services we can virtually any business within mainland UK.
Our staff are fully technically qualified from our 1st Line / Helpdesk technicians right through to our 3rd / OnSite Engineers and consultants, this enabled us to provide to ensure you are not kept on the phone dealing with problems or have someone that just feeds you a load of rubbish or technical speak.
The Future
We are planning a shift in our Road Map over the next years and have already begun increasing and adding services to our portfolio. Just take a look at our services page, we can provide web and email hosting, logo design and now offsite or internet based backups for very competitive rates.
